In each new season of tourism cruises, thousands of tourists from various ships arrive at the Salvador Maritime Terminal, which historically remains the third largest port in number of passenger handling in Brazil.

Multicultural, exuberant architecturally and diverse in natural beauty, Salvador has consolidated among the stops of the tourist cruise routes. Salvador continues to do so, with the possibility of establishing itself as a Home Port, given the potential to fulfill the function of starting point for exclusive itineraries in northeast Brazil.
