Upon arrival at the terminal to begin your cruise, the baggage must be dispatched in a location designated by CONTERMAS, on the ground floor, where all security procedures will be carried out to inspect the volumes. For this, the Terminal has baggage control equipment with high-precision X-ray devices.

Before baggage dispatch, make sure that all suitcases are legibly labeled in accordance with the Cruise Line’s guidelines.

Be careful when packing your bags and do not put fragile, personal and valuable items, such as medications, jewelry, documents and electronics in your baggage for dispatch. Carry them with you in your hand luggage.
We ask for attention to the recommendations of each company regarding the limits and dimensions of baggage.

Note the list of items not allowed:

• Drugs, firearms, explosives, illegal substances;
• Cutting or similar objects: scissors, knives, pocketknives;
• Objects that emit heat or produce flames: ironing presses, candles, incense;
• Food or drinks.
